When you log in, we will set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed..

When you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with

Rogue Opera LLP acts as the Data Controller for the data relating to your payments which are all processed securely via our Stripe Account, with Stripe acting as the Data Processor. ( We also have an account with MailChimp, and in this case MailChimp acts as the Data Processor for marketing communications and tracks your responses, including views, click and opens of emails we send you.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile for as long as the subscription is active and for a reasonable time after a subscription has expired. All users can see and edit their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You have a number of rights in relation to the information that we hold about you including:

  • the right to access information we hold about you and to obtain information about how we process it
